After you've made your choice between playing in either the story mode or free play mode, know that in both of them you win by reaching the end of the songs, which you do by hitting your notes according to the charts.

How? Well, when you see floating arrow symbols match above BF's head, that is when you need to press the identical arrow keys to hit your notes.

If you miss doing it too many times in a row, you lose and have to start again from scratch, so focus not to let that happen but hit your notes and win instead. Good luck, enjoy!
